Open simulation training and coaching

  • Do you develop plastic parts and support this development with simulation or do you intend to do so in the future?

The special thing about this learning format is that we take a whole week for you! Let us know in advance what you would like to learn or try out and on which days you have time. 2 trainers take care of your tasks and teach you your own learning objectives. We do this using suitable teaching examples – or, if you prefer, on your own projects.

  • Fusion 360 (topology optimization plus CAD feedback)


What are the most important topics?

  • Fillability, process window, feasibility
  • Fiber orientation
  • Temperature control
  • Shrinkage and warpage
  • Remaining residual stresses in the injection molded part are converted into input stresses in the strength
  • Non-linear strength calculation taking into account input stresses, distortion geometry, anisotropic material behavior up to fracture
  • Redesign of the component through topology optimization, taking process-relevant aspects into account
